If I have to return a book, is there a restocking charge?
 
Restocking Charges:
Unwanted items received AFTER the time allotted above (30 days) will be subject to a 15% (of gross price) restocking charge. This amount will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
What are your policies on claims and returns?
 
CLAIMS and RETURNS:
Claims of damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. A replacement will be sent at no charge.

Returns from DOMESTIC (Continental USA) Customers
Return of unwanted item(s) must be made within 14 days of receipt of order at the customer’s expense to avoid restocking charges. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of order, in writing, (email and fax are acceptable) of your intent to return unwanted items.

Returns from FOREIGN (and outside the Continental USA) Customers

Return of unwanted item(s) must be made within 30 days of receipt of order at the customer’s expense to avoid restocking charges. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of order, in writing (email and fax are acceptable), of your intent to return unwanted items.
