If I have to return a book, are there any restocking charges?
 
RESTOCKING CHARGES:
Unwanted items received AFTER the time allotted above (30 days for foreign, 14 days for domestic) will be subject to a 15% (of gross price) restocking charge. This amount will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Do you ship to my country?
  We ship to many countries, but please contact us to confirm prior to ordering.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What are your policies on claims and returns?
 
CLAIMS AND RETURNS:
Claims of damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. A replacement will be sent at no charge.

Returns from FOREIGN (and outside the Continental USA) Customers

Return of unwanted item(s) must be made within 30 days of receipt of order at the customer’s expense to avoid restocking charges. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of order, in writing (email and fax are acceptable), of your intent to return unwanted items.

Returns from DOMESTIC (Continental USA) Customers
Return of unwanted item(s) must be made within 14 days of receipt of order at the customer’s expense to avoid restocking charges. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of order, in writing, (email and fax are acceptable) of your intent to return unwanted items.
